- Only guests holding a People of Determination ID or other Government approved ID issued by the relevant authority indicating POD status can avail a special discounted rate as applicable at the Park;
- This offer does not apply to People of Determination who hold a Yas Theme Parks Annual Pass.
- Discounted rates are only available when a single One day, One Park ticket (“Ticket”) is purchased at the Guest Services Counter at an attraction and is not available for online purchases. Simply submit your original People of Determination card at the time of purchasing your Ticket.
- Tickets and additional benefits are valid on the same day of purchase only.
- Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, and are void if altered or damaged;
- Tickets and additional benefits must be used by the person of determination and their companion who are both present at the Guest Services Counter. Tickets and additional benefits may not be used by anyone else, or otherwise resold or exchanged for commercial gain; if you do this they will be void;
- This offer is valid on an ongoing basis until further notice. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this offer without notice;
- Tickets may not be combined with any other offer or promotion;
- Not all rides and attractions have priority access;
- People of Determination: health and safety restrictions may impact your ability to use certain or all rides. There may be strict participation conditions applicable for certain activities at the Parks. Please review the People of Determination accessibility policy, and check ride restrictions on our website before purchasing your ticket;
- Participation is at the guest’s sole risk, and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss, injury or damage sustained in the attraction;
